We sell, install, and service standby generators from Generac, Cummins, Briggs and Stratton and Winco. Yes, we do this often. Provided the installation is safe — we provide full maintenance and repair services even if we didn’t install them. Our certified technicians follow manufacturer-approved procedures and only use OEM parts to keep your system reliable and within warranty.

We recommend annual maintenance for most home standby generators, including an oil change, filter replacement, battery check, valve lash adjustment (when require) and full diagnostic inspection. In Montana’s harsh climate, routine maintenance ensures your generator performs flawlessly during power outages.

Off-grid solar systems operate independently of the power grid and are ideal for remote homes and cabins. Grid-tied systems are connected to your utility and reduce or offset your power bill. We design and install both, with expert consultation to help you choose the right solution.

Yes. We’ve built dozens of off-grid systems across Montana using Victron Energy components, lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, and top-tier solar panels. Every system is engineered for redundancy, reliability, and long-term performance — so you’re never without power.

We provide a free on-site assessment to determine your actual power requirements and have developed a sizing methodology that ensures your generator functions in the many scenarios that our area can throw at us. Our experts consider your home’s load, energy habits, appliances, and future plans to design a system that’s sized right and compliant — not just on paper, but in the real world.

Most standby generator installations are completed in 1–2 days, including gas and electrical work. Grid-tied solar installations typically take 1–3 days. Off-grid or hybrid power systems may take longer depending on complexity. We handle permitting, inspections, and utility coordination.

We offer financing through Synchrony Bank and local lenders like Clearwater Credit Union. The State of Montana also has a great alternative energy loan program, AERLP. Terms can go up to 120 months with rates starting around 6.99% for qualified buyers. Financing helps you secure reliable power without a large upfront cost!

Buyers appreciate reliable backup power and reduced utility bills, making your property more attractive on the market. Poorly designed or installed systems may have the opposite effect, so choose wisely!
